Shipping Information
We are careful to respect the privacy of our customers. For this reason, all items are shipped discretely with the label of "Succubus Productions" and NOT "Luciferian Apotheca".
Shipping: Orders are shipped within fourteen business days. This ship time is required because of the many unique and custom made items that are on our site. These items are made specifically for each order. However, all orders, even if they do not contain custom items, are subject to the 14 business day shipping policy. This allows for any items on Back order to arrive.
Almost all orders will ship USPS. You will receive notification when your order ships. Tracking #'s will be provided for all shipments except those that are shipped First Class.
Back-ordered items: If items are back ordered beyond the 14 business days, a notification will be sent. You will be given an approximate wait time and will be asked if you would like to continue to wait, would like a to exchange the item for something else or would like a refund for the item. If we do not receive a response to the back-order notification, we will continue to hold your order open until the Back-ordered item arrives. Any other items from your order that are in-stock will still be shipped within the 14 business days.
Some of our books are ordered direct from our distributor and ship about 10-15 business days after order is placed. They will arrive in a separate shipment from the other items in your order.
*Printed items and some Books, mostly hardcover, will ship separately from other merchandise in order, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for h/c books, t-shirts, Altar Cloths, Tapestries.
Book Shipping times: Succubus Productions Publishing titles (Michael W. Ford for example) take 3-7 days generally to ship from our printer, if in stock perhaps earlier. Please allow 10-15 days for hardcover editions to ship.
Shipping Insurance: If you would like to add insurance to your order to protect your items from damage and loss, send an e-mail to succubusproductions@yahoo.com. Be sure to include order # along with a request for pricing to add insurance to your order.
**We especially recommend our international customers purchase the insurance due to several carriers being involved with the shipping and receiving of packages.

International Shipping: We do ship internationally to almost every country. You may pick your country when you are entering your shipping and billing address during checkout.
The international shipping rate included in your order is an estimate.
If the order can be shipped for the shipping amount that was paid when the order was placed, you will not receive a notification for additional shipping.
Some International Orders may require additional postage depending on the weight and size of the items in the order. If this is the case you will receive an e-mailed notification along with an invoice for the additional shipping. Orders can not be shipped until the additional shipping invoice is paid. If you decide you no longer want the items due to the additional shipping you may cancel your order or exchange some of the items for items that are smaller or weigh less. *International orders that contain Heavy weighted items, may have an actual shipping cost that exceed the normal shipping rates. If there is a difference of more than $5.00 an invoice will be sent for the additional shipping cost prior to the order shipping.
*International orders that contain light weight items may make the actual shipping cost less than the amount paid with your order. If there is a difference of more than $5.00 the amount will be refunded to your account prior to shipping.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS
It is the customer's responsibility to know their country's specific rules and regulations with regards to products shipped and taxes/fees charged. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any and all import taxes/fees/duties.

Return & Cancellations Policy
Defective: Items that are broken during shipping may be returned for a replacement within 7 days of delivery. If you did not purchase insurance to protect your items during shipping then you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the broken item as well as the shipping cost for the replacement item. (Replacement only)
PRINTED ITEMS: There is no return or refund for Printed Items such as Face Masks, Neck Gaiters, T-Shirts, Banners, Tapestries, etc. Once the order has been placed. If the t-shirt or banner is defective, an exchange will be facilitated. These items are made per order so they go into production within 12 hours.
ITEMS No Longer Wanted or Needed: Items that are returned within 7 days because they are no longer wanted or needed may be exchanged for a different item, size or a Store credit (Minus Shipping Cost) can be issued to be used in The Luciferian Apotheca. (No refunds . Exchanges or Store Credit only)
Cancelled Orders: Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. If cancelled within 24 hrs. you will receive a full refund. For orders that are cancelled after the first 24 hrs. there is a restocking fee of 15% for each item in the order. Your refund for your cancelled items will be completed within 24hrs of cancellation (excluding weekends and holiday's). You may not cancel your order after the order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped and you no longer want the items in your order, please follow the guideline above for returning No longer wanted/needed items. (Refunds only for orders cancelled prior to shipping, Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee)You may cancel your order any time before it ships by sending us notification of intent to cancel.
