This video is an overview of the general history of the Left-Hand Path including the ideals and philosophical foundation associated with both Luciferianism and Satanism. A special thank you to Vince who posted the suggestion of a video " talking about the left hand path in more detail"; of which, this discussion is the foundation.
There are three general considerations discussed in this video:
- Exploring Luciferian Ideals and Personal Growth
- Understanding the Left Hand Path
- Key Works and Practices of the Left Hand Path (including some basic authors and published works that are not Luciferian but are excellent sources of study and comparison) The Shakti / Kundalini (the daemonic feminine as motivator / inspirational balance, represented commonly in Luciferianism as LILITH) with SAMAEL as the daemonic masculine force of self-determined force of compelling change in accordance with the will (i.e. Magick).
The Balance between the primal forces of instinctual, emotional desire, intuition (in the abstract as emotional feeling and passion) and a muse for the Luciferian. LILITH is also Vampiric and the dark succubus that preys upon and inspires primal darkness to take form in the individual. The Luciferian develops self-discipline and the mental strength of Will to control and direct this dark energy (as the gift of Lilith if you wish) towards beneficial motivational thoughts, words, and actions in life.
The commonly recognized Shakti as the divine feminine is the creative, healing, and nurturing Mothering aspect that cultivates empathy, sustaining life, and protecting qualities that are essential for life. This is balanced with the demonic masculine Samael force of mental discipline, will, Martial (Mars) force as required and understood simply as "Will to Power".
The Satanic aspect balances the Daemonic Feminine and Masculine to be aware of the short existence of physical life and to apply meaningful thought prior to communicating and taking action in life. Carnal existence includes the individual self-awareness of the importance of indulgence and pleasure; yet a LHP initiate must balance this with the rational discipline of the way 'cause and effect' works: do not seek self-destruction and the diminishment of the core moral values that shape your Psyche.
Question all beliefs if they cause needless dogmatic restriction, test your strengths and focus on the four foundations: BALANCE, POWER, WISDOM, and STRENGTH (see "Apotheosis" by Michael W. Ford). Self-accountability is the cornerstone of the Left-Hand Path initiate. Spiritual rebellion is not breaking laws or negative acts; one must strive to exist in society in the best way one can. Luciferians exist in many walks of life and have many diverse views of what 'success' actually is.
Shakti as Lilith is represented as demonically liberating, spiritually rebellious (to question dogmatic laws in addition to restrictive belief) and like all Adversarial (Luciferian) concepts contains both Divine and Demonic aspects. Just as SAMAEL is the Satanic / Luciferian liberator and self-illuminating rebel and (Gnostic) Archon: The Devil (the tempting and cunning Spirit who operates in the Laws of Nature and concepts such as Cause and Effect) and the Angel/Deity of self-illuminating Light (of the Morning and Evening Star).
The Left-Hand Path and Luciferian teachings are based in rational, disciplined methods of preparation and initiation in foundation: this is the essential start of the practice of Magick. The Black Arts of Ritual, Spells, Sorcery, Witchcraft, and ceremonial invocations are methods as the extension of the Will of the Luciferian; essentially tools and keys towards the demonic and divine.
First to descend, embrace, and with force of will, master those elements of Hell within. Secondly to use discipline and the balance of the self-illuminating flame of the Psyche to direct the dark energies to fuel the divine Will of your own design. Luciferianism has ciphers, symbols, and confrontational imagery to test, tempt, and challenge the initiate; the aim is to set in the widdershins motion of the Triad of the Morning Star: Liberation, Illumination, and Apotheosis.
