This online system is 100% secure and we offer several payment options.

• You can pay by credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay,  Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
• Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments. You can choose interest-free installment payments on orders up to $999 (Shop Pay is serviced by the company Affirm which is a buy now, pay later (BNPL) service that allows merchants to provide flexible payment plans for their customers.
• We also have the option to pay by check or money order is available when checking out your order. Click the check or money order option as payment and then complete your order online. Please make checks and money orders payable to Succubus Productions and send them to PO Box 11708 Spring, TX 77391 

Please make sure your order # is on your check or money order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your check or money order to clear,  after we have received your check or money order. Payment must be cleared before the order can be shipped.

If we do not receive your check or money order within 30 days of placing the order, your order will be canceled.

Shipping Information

We are careful to respect the privacy of our customers. For this reason, all items are shipped discretely with the label of "Succubus Productions" and NOT "Luciferian Apotheca".

Shipping: Orders are shipped within fourteen business days. This ship time is required because of the many unique and or hand-crafted items that are on our site. These items are made specifically for each order.  However, even if they do not contain custom items, all orders are subject to the 14-business-day shipping policy. This allows for any items on Back ordered items or hand-crafted items to be included in your order when shipped.

Book Shipping times: Succubus Productions Publishing titles (Michael W. Ford for example) take 3-7 days generally to ship from our printer, if in stock perhaps earlier. Please allow 10-15 days for hardcover editions to ship. 

Items Shipped Separate: In some circumstances, some items in your order may ship separately from the rest of the items in your order.

• Printed items such as t-shirts, tapestries, altar cloths, blankets, pillows, clothing, and shoes will ship directly from our printer. (with a few exceptions) So they will ship separately from the other items in your order. This will be notated on your packing slip and you will receive a separate tracking # for each item shipped separately. 
• Almost all Hard cover books and occasionally so soft cover books will ship directly from the publisher.So they will ship separately from the other items in your order. This will be notated on your packing slip and you will receive a separate tracking # for each item shipped separately. 
• If an item is back-ordered or has been vendor delayed beyond 14 business days, an e-mail notification will be sent. You will be given an approximate wait time and will be asked if you would like to continue to wait, would like to exchange the item for something else, or would like a refund for the item. If you have additional items in your order that are in stock they will still be shipped within 14 business days, unless we do not receive a response to the back-order notification. In that case, we will continue to hold your order open until the Back-ordered item arrives and ship everything together.

Shipping Insurance: If you would like to add insurance to your order to protect your items from damage and loss, send an e-mail to succubusproductions@yahoo.com. Be sure to include order # along with a request for pricing to add insurance to your order.

**We especially recommend our international customers purchase the insurance due to several carriers being involved with the shipping and receiving of packages.

International Shipping: We do ship internationally to almost every country. You may pick your country when you are entering your shipping and billing address during checkout. 

• Restricted Items: We follow U.S. Federal Law and International Treaties regarding the possession and sale of our merchandise. However, be advised that foreign localities may have additional restrictions on some materials. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their own country and local laws.  It is the customer's responsibility to check their country's customs regulations, regarding imports. Items that are ordered are not restricted from their country. Any items or materials seized and not returned to us due to conflict with foreign law are not eligible for refunds or replacement. If Customs does return the items intact, you will receive a refund for those items once received, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If you are uncertain about the legality of an item you wish to purchase, please contact your local legal authorities before making your purchase.
• Import Taxes and or Customs, Duties and Fees: 

  Customers of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

  If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, or destroyed. Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments. In circumstances where the carrier agrees to return the package and items to us, the customer will receive a refund for all items that are intact and or not damaged, minus shipping costs, any fees charged to us for the return of the package, and a 15% restocking fee.
